This mouthpiece seems to be a Selmer s80 Soprano Sax Mouthpiece look alike
This looks very similar but definitely has machine facing rather than hand facing
This example is very clean, probably good for an intermediate player.
My guess it that this is hard rubber, but it may be a plastic of some sort
